Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What happens if I reach a plan's monthly limit?
Nothing you've made is lost. You can keep reading and editing; only the metered tools — translation, read-aloud, transcription, and text recognition — pause until the next monthly reset or until you upgrade.
How do refunds work?
Plans are billed up front and renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges and keep access until your paid period ends. EU and UK customers keep their statutory rights.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, on PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.
